STEP 1

Remove the Enviro-Web and three tie straps from the packaging.

STEP 2

Pull the net over the box so the “quick release tabs” are both on the same long side of the recycling bin.

STEP 3

Using the straps secure the net to the opposite side of the box. If no holes exist, drill a small hole.
